Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Hawaii
Role Overview
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients navigating relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges, helping them build practical skills that improve daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time Collaborate with clinical peers to support continuity of care Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Requirements
Active Hawaii LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
