Location: Blaine, MN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Deliver telehealth therapy sessions Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation Create and maintain treatment plans Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR Attend consults and clinical meetings Follow risk and escalation procedures
Requirements
Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health discipline Therapy experience preferred Comfortable working fully remote
