Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We’re seeking a Louisiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services and help clients work through real-life concerns with practical, clinical support. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, deliver therapy sessions, and keep documentation current so care stays organized and clinically sound. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth on a set weekday schedule Complete intakes/assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain consistent progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHR Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client goals and symptom reduction Identify risk concerns and follow required protocols and reporting guidelines Maintain licensure requirements and uphold ethics and confidentiality standards Requirements Active LMFT license in Louisiana (in good standing) Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting (virtual or in-person) Strong written communication skills for documentation Comfortable working independently while collaborating when needed Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If a remote counseling role with reliable hours sounds like your pace, send your resume—let’s line up an interview and talk details.
