Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans Address concerns such as conflict, anxiety, stress, and communication issues Maintain organized and timely documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed Follow all clinical, ethical, and telehealth guidelines
Requirements
Active Hawaii LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with individuals, couples, or families Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
