Position Overview Location: Massachusetts Setting: Telehealth / Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position focuses on helping clients better understand patterns in their relationships, family systems, and personal lives. You will provide virtual therapy sessions, guide clients through difficult conversations, and help them build healthier ways of coping and connecting. The work is steady, people-focused, and clinically grounded. You will be supporting clients who may be dealing with marriage concerns, parenting stress, family tension, anxiety, trauma, communication issues, or personal challenges that affect their relationships.
