Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Vermont
Job Summary
We are seeking a Vermont-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver care through a telehealth model. Responsibilities
Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families via telehealth Evaluate relational patterns and treatment needs Create and revise treatment plans based on client progress Document sessions clearly and in compliance with regulations Adhere to Vermont LMFT scope of practice and telehealth requirements
Requirements
Active Vermont LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing relational or family-based therapy Comfortable delivering care in a fully remote environment
