Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Rhode Island Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We are seeking an LMFT for a remote telehealth role providing therapy services to Rhode Island clients. The focus of this position is consistent clinical care, structured documentation, and treatment planning that supports measurable progress. This is a full-time weekday role designed for clinicians who value professionalism, clarity, and stable scheduling. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards Requirements Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred) Strong time management and documentation accuracy Professional communication and telehealth readiness Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match To be considered, share your resume and we’ll confirm next steps and scheduling for a screening interview.
