New Jersey LMFT | Remote Full-Time Position Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment: Full-Time About the Position This opportunity is for a New Jersey Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with clients through ongoing, structured therapy. You’ll support individuals, couples, and families as they work through relationship concerns, communication issues, family stress, anxiety, life changes, and other behavioral health needs. The role is fully remote, with a steady weekday schedule and a strong focus on direct clinical care. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families Explore relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and emotional concerns with clients Create clear therapy goals and adjust them as needs change Use clinically appropriate interventions during each stage of treatment Complete progress notes and required documentation Recognize when clients may benefit from referrals or additional services Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards Requirements Current New Jersey LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related qualifying field Clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families Familiarity with treatment planning and behavioral health documentation Comfortable managing sessions independently in a telehealth setting Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Full-time weekday hours Fully remote work Interested in a More Flexible Way to Practice?
