Location: West Virginia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a West Virginia-licensed LMFT to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. The role involves conducting scheduled sessions, addressing relationship and family concerns, and helping clients work through emotional and interpersonal challenges.
The therapist will manage a consistent caseload, determine appropriate treatment approaches, and maintain the clinical records required for ongoing care. This position is suited to a clinician who is comfortable practicing independently and providing professional services in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Evaluate client concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals Apply therapeutic approaches consistent with the client’s needs and clinical presentation Address relationship conflict, communication difficulties, family concerns, and emotional stressors Review treatment progress and modify the approach when clinically appropriate Complete session notes, treatment updates, and other required clinical records Maintain appropriate professional boundaries throughout virtual care Follow West Virginia licensing requirements, ethical standards, and confidentiality regulations
Requirements
Active West Virginia Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience with family or relationship-focused therapy Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort using telehealth systems
