Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote Telehealth Role in Massachusetts Job Details Location: Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them through concerns such as relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional strain. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and identify client goals, concerns, and treatment needs Develop treatment plans that are practical, client-centered, and clinically appropriate Support clients working through relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, grief, trauma, or major life changes Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and required records Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s situation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed Follow all professional, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions Benefits $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule Stable telehealth caseload If you are an LMFT looking for a steady remote role where you can provide meaningful therapy while maintaining a structured schedule, we would be glad to hear from you.
