Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re looking for an LMFT to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Illinois. This position centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address real-life concerns such as communication breakdowns, family stress, anxiety, relationship strain, and adjustment issues. The work is practical, client-focused, and fully virtual, making it a strong fit for therapists who want consistency and a professional telehealth environment.
