Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re looking for an LMFT to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Illinois. This position centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address real-life concerns such as communication breakdowns, family stress, anxiety, relationship strain, and adjustment issues. The work is practical, client-focused, and fully virtual, making it a strong fit for therapists who want consistency and a professional telehealth environment. Responsibilities Conduct therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans Work with couples and families on communication patterns, conflict, and relational challenges Provide therapy for clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health discipline Current Illinois LMFT license Experience working with individuals, couples, and families Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Make your next career move into a telehealth role where your experience can be put to work right away.
