Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual behavioral health services for clients navigating relationship issues, family stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. This position allows you to deliver consistent care from a remote setting while maintaining a structured weekday schedule. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and create goal-focused treatment plans Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates Provide support for communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation Coordinate care when appropriate with other healthcare professionals Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards Requirements Active LMFT license in West Virginia Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your therapy career with a remote role built for steady, meaningful clinical work.
