We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to support individuals, couples, and families through high-quality therapy services. This role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year + competitive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches. Engage in case consultations and continuing education. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively when needed.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon. Experience in mental health care and client treatment planning. Strong communication skills, especially in virtual therapy settings.
