Position Summary
We are seeking a Montana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The position is centered on relationship and family-focused care, with clients who may be dealing with communication difficulties, conflict, household stress, emotional concerns, or significant changes in their lives.
You’ll manage a regular caseload and have the opportunity to use your clinical experience to shape the direction of treatment. Along with client sessions, the role includes case review, clinical follow-up, and coordination when additional support is appropriate.
Responsibilities
Manage an assigned caseload and maintain scheduled client appointments
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth Review referrals and determine whether services are appropriate Prepare for sessions by reviewing relevant case information Help clients work through communication problems, family conflict, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges Conduct risk screenings and respond appropriately to urgent concerns Provide referrals or community resources when additional services are needed
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active Montana LMFT license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
