The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Minnesota-licensed LICSW to provide individual therapy to adults through telehealth. You’ll manage a regular caseload and work directly with clients during scheduled video appointments. The role includes the clinical follow-up that comes with ongoing therapy, including assessments, treatment records, and case coordination when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions online Completing intake assessments and gathering relevant client history Determining treatment priorities and appropriate clinical approaches Reviewing cases and updating treatment when needed Keeping progress notes and clinical records current Coordinating referrals or additional services when appropriate Participating in clinical consultation as needed Maintaining Minnesota licensing and confidentiality standards
Requirements
Active Minnesota LICSW, LMFT or LPCC license Master’s degree in a related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience EHR proficiency
