This role is for licensed professionals who enjoy helping counselors and therapists feel more prepared, supported, and confident in their clinical work. What you'll do
- Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
- Support supervisees with case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
- Offer clear feedback that encourages professional growth
- Maintain supervision records in line with applicable board expectations
- Represent Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature in a professional and supportive way
What they require
- Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LICSW
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama requirements
- Preferred: Prior clinical supervision or mentorship experience
