We’re seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers who want flexible, optional volume without quotas, pressure, or administrative burden. This opportunity is ideal for appraisers who want to supplement their existing business with steady work they can accept on their own terms. What This Opportunity Looks Like: No maximum volume: take as many orders as your schedule allows No sales or client chasing Full appraisal independence: value, scope, and conclusions are always yours Administrative support included: coordination, and payment handled by IVG. You control your workload. IVG supports the process. Compensation (Fee Split Based on Monthly Volume) -1–11 orders/month: 60% Certified, 50% Licensed -12–20 orders/month: 62% Certified, 52% Licensed -21–30 orders/month: 63% Certified, 53% Licensed -31–40 orders/month: 64% Certified, 54% Licensed Requirements Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed) Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports) Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
