At Hireframe, a Coach is the person every Hireframer knows has their back. They are the person who helps Hireframers grow, checks in, celebrates wins, and has a real conversation about performance. Coaches own the Hireframer relationship from day one of onboarding through the entire duration of their Hireframe career—onboarding, 30/60/90 plans, ongoing development, and performance accountability. This isn't a support function. Coaches have a real voice in how Hireframers are evaluated and rewarded in their careers. Responsibilities Own the full post-offer experience — build trust, set expectations, and make sure every Hireframer knows what success looks like before day one Drive 30/60/90 plans with real milestones and honest conversations at each gate Handle attendance, paid time off, overtime, and operational requests; partner with Account Managers to turn around performance issues Understand where each Hireframer wants to go and actively help them get there — not just what they need to do today Connect people to upskilling resources, track progress, and be the reason they're better six months from now Lead coaching and improvement conversations Conduct performance evaluations and contribute directly to annual bonus recommendations Requirements Exceptional communicator — warm, direct, and clear in both written and async formats Natural motivator — people leave conversations feeling clearer, more capable, and more confident Proactive with thought and action Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing people in a remote or distributed team environment Ability to hold people to a high standard while making them feel genuinely supported Strong organizational skills — can manage a cohort of Hireframers without letting anyone fall through the cracks Able to spot patterns: who's disengaging, who's ready for more, who needs a push Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with HR processes — performance management, attendance tracking, PTO, bonus cycles Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, time/attendance platforms Benefits Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
