Looking for a motivated and coachable individual to join our growing team as a Leadership Development Associate. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build strong client service and leadership skills while developing toward future leadership responsibilities.
In this remote role, you'll work directly with clients, learn our systems and processes, develop your communication and sales skills, and receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop your leadership capabilities.
This is a fully remote position offering comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual appointments with clients to understand their insurance and benefit needs.
- Educate clients on life insurance, accident coverage, and supplemental insurance products.
- Help clients identify coverage options that align with their individual needs and goals.
- Complete applications accurately and maintain organized client records.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development sessions.
- Develop the skills and knowledge needed to take on future leadership responsibilities.
- Support team initiatives and collaborate with other remote team members.
- Continue learning about products, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable and open to feedback, training, and professional development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools.
- Customer service, sales, insurance, or leadership experience is an asset but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in developing leadership and professional skills.
- Willingness and ability to obtain the required insurance license for your province.
