What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that define and deliver new vertical solutions and drive adoption of in-platform capabilities.
  • Serve as a SME to clients and internal stakeholders; translate business and technical needs and challenges.
  • Define solution requirements and deliver POCs in collaboration with BI, product, data science and/or engineering teams.
  • Play an active role with GTM to enable commercial success, including development of narratives and positioning.
  • Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead multi-dimensional programs involving multiple stakeholders, business objectives, and timelines.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor peers or junior team members and raise execution standards for the Vertical and Performance team.
  • Research and analyze competitive and industry landscape, market trends, and key clients’ strategic data integrations and business processes to identify revenue growth and retention opportunities.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, product management, partnerships & alliances, and/or program management.
  • Comfortable working with engineering and product teams and getting deep with technical designs related to measurement and performance.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Good business judgment with ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools including comfort with SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, prototype solutions, and accelerate execution.
