SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, help shape hiring strategy, and provide informal leadership and mentorship to other recruiters and recruiting partners.
This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Candidates based in Austin who are able to work regularly from one of our office locations are especially encouraged to apply.

- Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
