Lead Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities Own projects end-to-end: design, development, deployment, and ongoing support Build and maintain backend systems and APIs Integrate with third-party platforms and external services Develop automation workflows to streamline internal processes Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making Required Qualifications Strong backend engineering experience (preferably in Python) Experience working with AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations Experience with automation, scripting, and process optimization Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications AWS Certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner or higher) Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., CDK) Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless systems Experience working in a startup or small team environment Exposure to data pipelines, ETL workflows, or AI/ML integrations Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes) Frontend or full-stack capabilities Experience integrating with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, etc.) Benefits Join our team at Dane Street and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and peace of mind.
