Lead QA Engineer Tech Stack: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, REST, GraphQL, JSON, Swagger, Postman, Charles/Fiddler, DevTools, Prometheus/Grafana, Jira, Confluence.
Обязанности: - Разработка и внедрение стратегии тестирования для сложной микросервисной архитектуры. - Организация и контроль качества всех видов тестирования: интеграционного, регрессионного, системного, приемочного и smoke-тестирования. - Лидерство QA-направления в команде: планирование тестирования, распределение задач, контроль качества deliverables. - Глубокое тестирование REST API (Postman, Swagger), включая сложную валидацию данных через SQL-запросы (PostgreSQL). - Анализ сетевого трафика (Charles/Fiddler) и мониторинга (Prometheus/Grafana) для быстрой локализации дефектов. - Аудит и ревью требований, технической документации на противоречия, пробелы и тестопригодность. - Создание и поддержание тестовой документации (Test Plan, Check-list’ы, отчеты) в Confluence. - Менторство и развитие QA-инженеров, проведение code review автотестов и тест-кейсов. - Взаимодействие с разработкой, Product Owner и другими стейкхолдерами по вопросам качества продукта. - Постоянное улучшение QA-процессов, внедрение лучших практик и метрик качества. - Участие в оценке рисков и планировании спринтов/релизов.
Требования: - Опыт работы в QA от 5 лет, из них минимум 2 года на позиции Lead QA / Senior QA с опытом лидерства. - Опыт тестирования сложных распределённых микросервисных систем. - Отличное владение техниками тест-дизайна и risk-based testing. - Продвинутое владение SQL (сложные JOIN, оконные функции, агрегации, оптимизация запросов). - Глубокие практические навыки работы с DevTools, Postman, Swagger. - Опыт построения и поддержки тестовой документации (Test Strategy, Test Plans). - Сильные навыки менторства и развития junior/middle QA-инженеров. - Глубокое понимание SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD. - Развитые soft skills: лидерство, системное мышление, проактивность, навыки коммуникации и влияния.
Будет большим плюсом: - Опыт нагрузочного тестирования (JMeter или аналоги). - Работа с ELK Stack, Grafana или другими системами логирования. - Опыт внедрения тестовой автоматизации на проекте. - Знание принципов Performance и Security testing.

What you'll do

- Deep practical skills with DevTools, Postman, and Swagger
