What you'll do

  • Owning the full product path from insight through launch, adoption, packaging, and commercialization in close alignment with Go-To-Market partners.
  • Defining the vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into a clear, durable product strategy.
  • Partnering with Engineering and AI/ML on orchestration architecture, reasoning systems, tool use, reliability, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Collaborating with Design to make sophisticated agentic systems appear simple, intuitive, and controllable for end users.
  • Designing how agents, data, context, tools, and workflows connect to accomplish complex revenue jobs end-to-end.
  • Identifying opportunities to fill orchestration gaps to help reinvent revenue workflows rather than simply automating existing steps.
  • Prototyping and iterating quickly with customers to validate product-market fit and surface durable business value.

What they require

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent and/or equivalent experience with 10 years proven experience operating at Lead PM scope.
  • Solid experience building AI-native products or agent-based orchestration systems.
  • Well-developed product sense and UX judgment.
  • Thorough understanding of agents and human-in-the-loop systems including context management, reasoning, orchestration, tool selection, and evaluation.
  • Deep technical fluency and credibility in partnering with senior Engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous technical possibilities into a clear product strategy and elegant customer experience.
  • Commercial savvy for new product domains, specifically understanding packaging, pricing, differentiation, and adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering, or equivalent and a plus.
