What you'll do

  • Lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives for customer-facing coworkers, including AI technical knowledge, AI solution positioning and selling skills, AI workforce productivity, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Lead program management for AI enablement programs including needs assessment, feedback and prioritization processes, instructional design and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the design, development, implementation, and measurement of complex AI learning programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities, learner needs, and business outcomes.
  • Consult, collaborate and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate needs into organizational improvement solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions & Services, Revenue Operations, and executive stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps and develop learning strategies that support business growth and organizational priorities.
  • Research and apply best practices and industry trends, including advancements in AI and emerging learning technologies.
  • Identify and diagnose areas of opportunity, recommend and implement appropriate solutions that positively impact organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop, manage, and execute project management strategies to ensure effective resource allocation, commitment from project team members, timeliness and attainment of business requirements.
  • Effectively measure and assess learner skills, client satisfaction and business impact related to provided services and establish strategies for addressing gaps.
  • Advise on methods and approaches to reinforce skills and work with Revenue Enablement leaders to define success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Write and present recommendations, project proposals, and business reviews for internal executive audiences.
  • Mentor and coach instructional design team members and provide thought leadership on AI-enabled learning practices and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate, select, and partner with external vendors or contractors to build or tailor materials when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain curriculum review process with subject matter experts to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
  • Lead project teams and provide design direction for the development of instructional materials.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous program improvement and establish business case recommendations.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, or 11 years of equivalent instructional design or related experience.
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of learning technologies, best practices and trends.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance learning operations, accelerate content development, improve learner experiences, and drive team productivity.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, generative AI tools, and business applications, with the ability to translate complex concepts into scalable learning strategies and programs.
  • Depth and/or breadth of expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale learning, enablement, or workforce capability initiatives focused on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, or digital transformation.
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to design training solutions to solve issues.
  • Communicate complex concepts; anticipate potential objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • History of working with sales and services organizations to increase revenue and profit performance.
  • Experience leading AI-focused enablement programs for customer-facing teams, including technical solution knowledge, consultative selling skills, AI adoption, or workforce productivity initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships cross-functionally.
  • Track record of balancing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
