What you'll do

  • Lead HRBP team management and coordination
  • Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with each HRBP to monitor energy/mood and workload, identify irritants, and define concrete actions if necessary
  • Ensuring operational management of the scope: prioritizing topics, securing execution, monitoring progress and quality of treatment
  • Acting as the first-level contact for daily operational questions within the team (before escalation to N+1 if needed)
  • Being the reference HR contact for managers and COMEX members on key and structuring topics for the managed divisions
  • Ensuring team performance monitoring and evaluation: clarifying expectations, monitoring objective achievement, anticipating underperformance risks and activating appropriate levers
  • Liaising between the Head of HRBP and the HRBPs: relaying decisions, reporting weak signals, framing/filtering topics requiring arbitration
  • Representing the team in certain transverse bodies (HR Ops, HR Dev, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and contributing to the alignment of HR practices/processes
  • Identifying development needs (skills, posture, methods) and proposing appropriate actions (training, coaching, practice sharing, etc.)
  • Establishing a feedback culture: giving regular, clear, and actionable feedback, and supporting individual progress
  • Supporting the development of autonomy and impact of HRBPs, particularly on complex topics (change management, performance, organization, sensitive cases)
  • Ensuring the delivery of projects from the HR Roadmap carried by the team (planning, quality, impacts, risks)
  • Leading structuring HR projects, independently or co-led with the HoP HRBP, from the scoping phase to deployment (and adoption)

  • Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally in a growing environment
  • Management experience and ability to develop a team (coaching, demanding, structuring)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: influencing, challenging, engaging, creating alignment
  • Mastery of HR fundamentals: performance, talent management, org design, change management, individual situations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and fast-evolving contexts
  • Professional English (international environment)
