What you'll do

  • Identify, create, and own ways to automate, scale, and improve data processes
  • Serve as a data subject-matter expert for Thrive’s internal teams and represent data interests to the broader Thrive team
  • Pursue projects that deepen our understanding of the employee health and wellbeing spaces and customer interests to improve the user journey, product, and data offering
  • Own measurement for new product initiatives E2E: defining success metrics, instrumentation, and analyzing adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Partner with customer success and sales to build analyses and narratives that power QBRs and executive reviews; mentor and coach analysts

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience as a product or customer analyst, ideally at a fast-paced startup or health-tech environment
  • Clear demonstration of ownership in customer-facing and stakeholder management experience (e.g., consulting or B2B SaaS)
  • Significant hands-on experience using and applying SQL, ideally with experience applying SQL transformations via dbt
  • Experience working with Python or R for data analysis, including statistical work
  • Experience with modern data stack tooling (Databricks, dbt, Looker)
