What you'll do

  • Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, including performance expectations, feedback, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Lead team meetings and peer consultation for Clinical Instructors & Clinical Supervisors.
  • Design, deliver, and review live internal trainings and collaborate on training needs with Care Delivery leaders and providers.
  • Serve as an SME: provide clinical content for e-learning courses, review and audit e-learning courses and fidelity rubrics.
  • Provide evidence-based supervision, complete fidelity reviews through Equip’s certification program, review session recordings and deliver live feedback to providers.

What they require

  • Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health or related field.
  • Licensed in a clinical mental health field (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) in at least one state; eligible for licensure in additional states.
  • Minimum of 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments.
  • Demonstrated completion of training in one of Equip’s three major treatment modalities (CBT-E, FBT, CBT-AR) and minimum of 2 years of practice in the treatment modality of expertise.
  • Experience as a people manager and extensive demonstrated experience leading live trainings, either in-person or online.
