Procurement operations role supporting Strategic Sourcing with PMO coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, spend/savings tracking, process improvement, and sourcing systems. Requires 1-2 years experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO areas.

What you'll do

  • Support the Strategic Sourcing team in a tactical role
  • Perform PMO activities and responsibilities
  • Identify and support additional PMO activities
  • Coordinate and track strategic sourcing initiatives (RFx events, negotiations, renewals) end to end, maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items across the sourcing pipeline
  • Own the PMO operating cadence — prepare materials and track outcomes for recurring forums (weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sourcing forums, finance/sourcing deal reviews), maintain governance standards, and ensure projects follow consistent intake-to-execution workflows
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and internal business owners, keeping stakeholders aligned on status, risks, blockers, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate spend and savings-to-budget records across initiatives, reconcile committed vs. realized savings, and support quarterly and annual reporting of procurement value delivered
  • Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and PMO processes, standardize templates and playbooks (deal summaries, intake forms), and reduce cycle time and manual effort
  • Administer and optimize procurement/sourcing systems and intake-to-pay workflows (e-sourcing, contract, and intake/orchestration tools), ensuring data integrity and driving adoption across the team
  • Support supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and the broader contract lifecycle by tracking key dates, obligations, and approvals in partnership with Sourcing and Legal
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting (pipeline coverage, savings, cycle time, on-time execution) that give Procurement leadership visibility into performance and trends

What they require

  • Analytical rigor: Structures ambiguous problems, works fluidly with data, and turns numbers into actionable insight
  • Project management: Highly organized; runs multiple workstreams simultaneously with clear ownership and on-schedule delivery
  • Communication: Concise, credible communicator who tailors messaging to sourcing partners, business owners, and leadership
  • Stakeholder management: Builds trust and drives alignment across teams without direct authority
  • Attention to detail: Committed to data accuracy, process consistency, and reliable reporting
  • Bias for improvement: Continuously streamlines processes, standardizes tooling, and scales the PMO function
  • 1-2 years experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO areas
