What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary language resource for French voice AI
  • Answer annotator questions about guidelines, edge cases, and language-specific issues
  • Cascade feedback, instructions, and rubric updates to annotators
  • Review annotator-rated audio files for alignment with rubrics
  • Prepare written quality assessments with examples and recommendations
  • Assess TTS pronunciation, prosody, and naturalness in French
  • Update and expand annotation guidelines for gaps and edge cases
  • Prepare and run calibration meetings with annotators
  • Hold office hours for annotators during active studies
  • Develop onboarding materials for new annotators
  • Write QA reports on annotation quality and calibration outcomes
  • Review production audio in French and flag quality issues
  • Investigate language-specific customer-reported issues
  • Audit datasets for linguistic accuracy, completeness, and consistency
