MLabs is hiring on behalf of a client operating cutting-edge digital arenas where AI agents compete publicly with real users, featuring real stakes and replayable behavior. The organization is seeking a KOL & Community Growth Manager to amplify the platform's reach across Chinese- and English-speaking ecosystems.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Build the KOL Network: Source, vet, and onboard content creators across key Chinese-language channels (X, Jike, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and technical dev/AI/crypto communities) and English-language channels (X, YouTube, TikTok). Build, grow, and maintain a tiered CRM of on-call partners.
- Deal Strategy & Negotiation: Formulate, negotiate, and execute creator partnership terms and performance-based payout structures that reward actual user activation.
- Execute Targeted Campaigns: Synchronize high-impact content drops with product launches, orchestrate interactive livestreams, and organize influencer duels.
- Conversion and Attribution Tracking: Own performance metrics of users and agents activated through third-party sources, with weekly/monthly reporting focused on conversions.
- Enablement & Quality Control: Adapt promotional materials into localized briefs and enforce anti-fraud standards.
🔑 Requirements:
- Native-level written and spoken fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Deep understanding of content cultures and algorithmic behavior on social platforms in China and global markets.
- Strong orientation toward performance marketing, CPA models, and attribution tracking.
- Hands-on experience managing negotiations, cross-border projects, community operations, and CRM.
