About The Role
WOO X Business Development 팀은 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 및 전략적 파트너 생태계를 함께 확장할 KOL & Affiliate BD Manager를 찾고 있습니다.
이 포지션은 단순한 general sales 역할이 아닙니다. Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD 또는 Web3 Trading Product 관련 실무 경험이 필요하며, 기존 파트너 리소스를 바탕으로 빠르게 파트너를 발굴, 온보딩, 활성화할 수 있는 분을 우선적으로 검토합니다.
What You Will Do
- 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 및 전략적 파트너를 발굴하고 온보딩합니다.
- 파트너와의 협상, 조건 조율, 캠페인 기획, 활성화, 성과 관리까지 end-to-end로 리드합니다.
- Rebate, Commission, Affiliate Incentive, Broker Partnership 등 다양한 협력 모델을 설계하고 실행합니다.
- 기존 파트너와의 관계를 관리하며 거래량, 활성 유저, 전환율, 입금, 수익 기여도를 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- Marketing, Product, BD Leadership 팀과 협업하여 파트너 캠페인, 제품 피드백, 유저 성장 관련 실행을 지원합니다.
- 한국 크립토 시장 트렌드, 경쟁사 활동, 유저 행동, 파트너 니즈를 분석하고 내부 팀에 공유합니다.
- 대외 캠페인, 파트너 프로모션, 유저-facing 활동을 진행하기 전 내부 팀과 필요한 사항을 조율합니다.
- 입사 후 첫 3개월은 ramp-up 및 performance review period로 운영되며, 파트너 파이프라인, 온보딩, 활성화, 거래량 / 수익 기여도, 실행력을 기준으로 성과를 함께 리뷰합니다.
What You Bring
- 한국어 원어민 수준 필수.
- 사내 커뮤니케이션을 위한 비즈니스 영어 또는 중국어 활용 가능.
- Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD, Web3 Trading Product 관련 실무 BD 경험 필수.
- 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 또는 유저 획득 채널에 대한 실제 네트워크 보유.
- Rebate / Commission / Affiliate Program / Partner Incentive 구조에 대한 실무 이해.
- 파트너 발굴, 협상, 온보딩, 활성화, 장기 관계 관리까지 직접 실행해본 경험.
- 거래량, 활성 유저, 입금, Net Fee, Partner Revenue 등 과거 BD 성과를 구체적으로 설명할 수 있는 분.
- 빠르게 움직이는 글로벌 크립토 환경에서 주도적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분.

What you'll do
- Identify and onboard KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, and strategic partners in the Korean market
- Lead partner negotiations, terms alignment, campaign planning, activation, and performance management end-to-end
- Design and execute collaboration models including rebates, commissions, affiliate incentives, and broker partnerships
- Manage existing partner relationships and improve trading volume, active users, conversion rates, deposits, and revenue contribution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD Leadership on partner campaigns, product feedback, and user growth
- Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, user behavior, and partner needs, then share insights internally
- Coordinate internally before external campaigns, partner promotions, and user-facing activities
- Complete a 3-month ramp-up and performance review based on partner pipeline, onboarding, activation, volume/revenue contribution, and execution
What they require
- Native-level Korean is required
- Business English or Chinese for internal communication
- Hands-on BD experience in Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD, or Web3 Trading Product is required
- Existing network of KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, or user acquisition channels in the Korean market
- Practical understanding of rebate, commission, affiliate program, and partner incentive structures
- Direct experience in partner sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management
- Ability to clearly explain past BD results in trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, and partner revenue
- Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-moving global crypto environment
