Key Account Manager - Netherlands (f/m/d)

Your mission As a Key Account Manager for the Netherlands, you will drive Instagrid's growth in your region by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and act as the face of Instagrid in your market — bringing clean energy to professionals who need it most. Your Impact Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close - you drive revenue and set the pace Build and grow a complex, multilocation key account portfolio, identifying and reaching the right decision-makers independently Shape how Instagrid goes to market in the Netherlands - your insights directly influence strategy, product, and marketing Develop a strong, sustainable pipeline by becoming a trusted long-term partner to your accounts Engage key opinion leaders and industry influencers to put Instagrid on the map where it matters Feed real market intelligence back into the business - on customers, competition, trends, and product gaps 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally with high-quality hardware or technical products A proven track record closing complex deals and managing multilocation accounts Experience coordinating or leading a national sales team Sharp communicator and confident negotiator - comfortable with senior stakeholders Customer-first mindset with a professional, credible presence in the field Fluent in Dutch and English Business or engineering background - degree or equivalent experience Your benefits A competitive salary with a fixed and variable component Flexible work schedules and remote work A car allowance 30 days of paid vacation Up to 5 special leave days The opportunity to join a company at the cutting edge of its field A laptop and a mobile phone (iOS) This is Instagrid Pure instant power.
