What you'll do

  • Proactively prospect and hunt for new business across target industrial accounts, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Directly manage high-value and strategic territorial accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels to convert prospects into long-term partnerships
  • Develop account and territory plans aligned with customer initiatives and company objectives, identifying opportunities for new business, growth, and expansion
  • Present new products and services for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth within each account
  • Research and pursue partnerships and strategic alliances to increase Megger's visibility and viability, both internally and within target accounts
  • Represent the full company portfolio to all commercial & industrial customers, identifying applications and opportunities for positioning Megger solutions
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively to protect and strengthen business relationships
  • Partner with Regional Business Unit (RBU) Leads, Product Specialists, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform business unit strategy and product development
  • Use CRM to track key performance indicators, including customer visits, calls, emails, opportunities, lead management, and account planning/management
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting and provide monthly reporting on key account activity and client satisfaction
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and implement corrective actions as needed

What they require

  • BA/BS Graduate - Engineering or Business preferred
  • 3-5 years’ proven sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience of penetrating and growing accounts from entry level to executive level
  • Technical aptitude and confidence in learning technical equipment
  • Strong Communication skills for complex products & processes
  • Sense of Urgency – Requires rapid response with attention to detail at all times
  • Customer Centric Mindset – customer first while balancing company requirements
  • Negotiation – maximizing profitability while exceeding customer expectations
  • Customer Relationship Management – building trust and long-term partners and addressing challenges or concerns as they arise
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability – resolving scheduling conflicts, equipment shortages, and last-minute customer needs
