Under the direction of the First Line Sales Manager this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeOne products in the served territory (Ahaus, Moers, Bocholt, Goch, Krefeld, Grevenbroich, Düren, Aachen). The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the marketing strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded and honest manner. Essential Functions Of The Job Building a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hematology market in the served area Scientific and distribution expert advice and support of hospital pharmacists and medical immune-oncologists in hospitals and PBO´s Responsibility for the regional sales goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM Development, implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimise patient care in collaboration with our key customers: Use and apply in suitable situations the Project Management to cooperate and develop the Key Account Customers of the served area In close collaboration with Market Access, Customer Engagement and other relevant functions, identify, plan and execute projects supporting distribution and implementation of BeOne drugs Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customers Participation and customer care in local, national and international meetings and symposia Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values. Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations. Qualifications Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience, incl. pharmacy and health-economics 5+ years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the oncology and hospital market or similar positions Expert knowledge and experience with pricing-based differentiation and distribution in hospital markets is desirable Specific knowledge and network in hematology, especially with regards to key customers in the relevant indications Knowledge of the distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs, with a special focus on hospitals/hospital pharmacy Strong identification with BeOne´s values and company mission High social competence and capacity for teamwork Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and continuously develop (on the job, through coaching & training) Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment. What you'll do
- Building a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hematology market in the served area
- Scientific and distribution expert advice and support of hospital pharmacists and medical immune-oncologists in hospitals and PBO´s

- Drive use and build BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hematology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner
- Maximize Patient share of assigned products through.
- Achieving market share for the assigned territory.
- Understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting BeOne compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws.
- Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs enlisted in his/her list (face to face, Email, Phone call, presentations when required, etc…) with the set quality according to BU strategy as well as providing quality call feedback for each visit.
- Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Maximizing BeOne’s Access Reach Through Full Account Mapping, understanding the logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account Stakeholders and decision-making processes within the account.
- Developing and maintaining long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts with prescribers.
- Identify access barriers and be able to unlock them, liaising with key parts of BeOne organization to develop tailor solutions.
- Ensuring Execution Excellence Through Fulfilling pre set KPIs within the agreed timelines including but not limited to: Updating database, correct & accurate reporting of visits to HCPs with valuable call feedback, sample correct handling and continuous improvement of qualitative performance.
- Work in partnership with all in field members, to collect relevant information and build the commercial strategy to ensure that commercial proposals are aligned with customer needs and patient access.
- Development, implementation, and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers (HCPs and HCOs)
- Develop and engage a multi-stakeholder network in an ethical and sustainable manner, both within public institutions and other organizations.
- Gathering insights and analyzing available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.
- Responsible to update the CRM internal system, enabling greater efficiency in the construction and implementation of Projects and Tactical Access Plans
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors through: Attending all assigned trainings and capturing learnings showing improvement in technical and ethical business practices.
- Organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using correct CRM system as stipulated in related SOP
- Deep understanding of the health system in the area in specific and country in general where he/she operates, considering all institutional stakeholders, HCPs, care networks, regulation, legislation, and the existing interrelationship in the health system in the regions.
- Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations
What they require
- Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience, incl. pharmacy and health-economics
- 5+ years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the oncology and hospital market or similar positions
- Specific knowledge and network in hematology, especially with regards to key customers in the relevant indications
- German – fluent or native speaker; English – intermediate level
- Willingness to travel (min. 60% customer facing activities), Valid driver‘s license
- Preferred: Expert knowledge and experience with pricing-based differentiation and distribution in hospital markets
- Preferred: Demonstrated marketing, project management and digital competencies
- Bachelor degree in life sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology, biology or equivalent).
- Based in Israel, availability to travel extensively in across the country.
- Abroad if strictly necessary (i.e. participation in international congresses)
- At least 3 years of experience as commercial representative in the pharma industry.
- Tracked experience managing public and private access system, solid network and understanding of health care system.
- Strong identification with BeOne´s values
