From the start on, you will be working in a client environment with a focus on e.g. our Core Banking Suite as well as additional modules. You’ll learn from the ground up how service, incident, and escalation management work in a fast-growing and innovative business environment. Combined with the skills you’ve acquired during your studies, our structured onboarding program will teach you the programming languages and frameworks necessary to successfully support our key clients. Through mentoring from our experienced experts, you will learn how change management works in an agile environment and develop into an experienced and valuable expert in your own right. Requirements We are hiring for potential, not finished expertise — but we are strict on fundamentals. Must-have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or similar Solid foundation in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++, ABAP) Strong understanding of programming logic (e.g. OOP basics, data structures, problem-solving) Advanced German (min.
