What you'll do

  • Plan and perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing checklists.
  • Identify, document, report, and retest defects.
  • Test APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers throughout the development process.
  • Learn to build and maintain automated tests using Python and Playwright.
  • Use AI tools to support exploratory testing, test-case design, automation, defect analysis, and documentation.
  • Review and validate AI-generated results before using them.
  • Contribute to improving testing practices and quality standards within the team.
  • Gradually take ownership of testing selected features and application areas.

What they require

  • Basic knowledge of software testing principles, equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge; certification is not required.
  • Basic Python skills, including the ability to write simple functions or scripts.
  • Interest in both manual and automated testing.
  • Interest in AI-assisted software development and willingness to learn how to use AI effectively in quality engineering.
  • A critical mindset and understanding that AI-generated results must be reviewed, tested, and validated.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
  • First experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or another test automation tool.
  • Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with Git and pull-request-based workflows.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, JetBrains AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI to support test-case creation, scripting, documentation, or technical analysis.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Personal, academic, internship, or open-source projects demonstrating your technical interests.
