We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join the Neklo team!
Main Responsibilities:
- Work independently or as part of a QA team.
- Collaborate with Development and Product teams.
- Perform manual testing of Web applications, microservices, APIs, back-end services, and relational databases.
- Create and maintain test documentation.
- Analyze and verify bug reports from the Support team, confirm or reproduce reported issues, and provide detailed reproduction steps for developers.
- Perform operational data tasks, including data extraction and reporting, user-requested data exports and manual data updates, and bulk data processing.
- Support SMS/A2P messaging compliance by managing 10DLC registration applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in software testing.
- Familiarity with the software development process.
- Basic understanding of testing principles.
- Knowledge of testing techniques or methods.
- Familiarity with QA tools (Postman, Chrome Dev tools, TestRail, Jira etc.).
- English proficiency at B1+ level is a must.
