PROJECT The project focuses on the development and support of a core enterprise component used in customer support services. Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress Clarify and document business and technical requirements Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment Maintain project documentation and reporting Support resource planning, assignments, and team development Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery
At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain Understanding of modern software development and AI practices Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills Human-oriented approach to team and people management Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environment Upper-Intermediate or higher English level WOULD BE A PLUS: Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
