What you'll do

  • Plan, execute, and monitor program launches and life cycle support following established standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and operations, to ensure effective delivery of Hudson Global Scholars-branded products and services to partner schools
  • Contribute to best practices and consistent program management processes, both domestically and internationally
  • Use our CRM system to track and enhance customer interactions and program management
  • Support technology implementation at school sites by building strong working relationships with site coordinators
  • Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and help implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify trends
  • Collaborate on academic and programmatic plans that ensure quality and timeliness
  • Support optimal Program Manager-to-account ratios for efficient, high-quality service
  • Partner with Program Managers to manage seasonal demands during launches and enrollment periods
  • Contribute to partner annual plans and long-term goals
  • Embrace a client-facing, customer-centric culture within the Program Management team

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Entry-level experience or internship in project or program management
  • Education industry exposure highly preferred
  • Familiarity with online programs, program launches, and technology implementation at school sites
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in program management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality
