We are looking for a Junior Pa rtner Account Manager (fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English speaking ) to join our Content Sufficiency team in Content & Service Quality Operations department.

Your main tasks will be:

• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
• Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
• Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
