What you'll do

  • Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch
  • Consult partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality
  • Handle requests coming through the ticketing system
  • Validate the quality of partner integrations
  • Log information about integrating partners
  • Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners
  • Work with API logs and troubleshoot errors
  • Escalate requests to other teams when needed
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base

What they require

  • At least 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) or experience with API integrations, launch, and support of API clients
  • Confident experience working with APIs and Postman
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats
  • Understanding of CRUD principles
  • Ability to work with Google Docs
  • Ability to handle cross-functional tasks with adjacent teams
  • Based in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, or Vietnam
  • Preferred: Experience working with project-based tasks
