What you'll do

  • Support the development of marketing, sales, and publicity materials across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Simultaneously manage motion graphic projects and digital content to support marketing efforts across web, social, and email platforms, as well as printed promotional collateral, point-of-purchase (POP) displays and signage.
  • Design a wide range of high-quality marketing materials - including sales collateral, promotional items, and print and digital advertisements - while maintaining established brand identities and style guidelines.
  • Create engaging digital assets and animated social media graphics (.GIF and .MOV formats).
  • Collaborate with the Design team on campaigns and creative initiatives for retailers, schools and libraries, and social media platforms.
  • Support the Senior Art Director with administrative and organizational tasks, including file archiving, workflow coordination, and departmental process management.
  • Contribute creative ideas for merchandising and advertising campaigns that promote both new releases and beloved Penguin classics.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging marketing strategies, and social media best practices.
