About the Role
We’re looking for a hyper-responsible, proactive, and sharp Assistant to our Business Assistant — someone who lives for structure, speed, and solving problems before they become problems.
What you’ll do:
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants, and whatever else comes up
- Handle urgent tasks quickly and flawlessly
- Support scheduling and calendar magic across time zones
- Help with document prep, admin tasks, and general day-to-day operations
- Keep the Business Assistant (and the team) two steps ahead of everything
You are:
- Extremely responsible — if you say it’s done, it’s done
- Love helping people and making chaos disappear
- Obsessed with clarity, timing, and checklists
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- A natural problem-solver who loves fixing things
- Experienced with booking platforms, calendars, docs, and all things admin
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Based anywhere with stable internet and solid time management
