Are you a native Italian speaker who loves sharing your language and culture? Mondosol is looking for an enthusiastic Italian Language Teacher to join our global community of educators. This is a fully remote, freelance role — you set your own hours and teach from anywhere in the world. What You Will Do:
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group Italian lessons via Google Meet
- Design personalized lesson plans based on each student’s level, goals, and learning style
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to help students grow with confidence
- Track each student’s progress and adapt your teaching approach accordingly
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive online learning community
- Share Italian culture and traditions as part of the learning experience
Must Have:
- Native or near-native Italian speaker (C1/C2 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills and genuine patience with learners
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Computer, webcam, and microphone in good working order
- Ability to teach via Google Meet
Nice to Have:
- Experience teaching Italian as a foreign language (formal or informal)
- Teaching certification (DITALS, CEDILS, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with communicative or immersive language teaching methods
- Experience working with students across different time zones
