Role Overview Reporting to Senior IT Program Manager, corporate systems Portfolio split: Subsidy management & Workday ERP. Subsidy management: custom in-house build replacing Excel-based “transfer workbooks” used by subsidy coordinators State/federal compliance-driven; multi-year effort to digitize state-by-state subsidy calculations Coordinators currently run parallel checks; UI transition targeted for Q1 or Q2 Workday ERP: system already live; PM manages two mandatory semi-annual releases (6-8 weeks each) Subject to SOX/SDLC controls; structured, auditor-approved process Experience required ERP experience required (Workday not necessary; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar all qualify) Must have worked at comparable org size: understands multi-stakeholder complexity Agile background a strong fit; subsidy team runs Scrum, Workday team uses Kanban/Jira Agile Delivery Leads (embedded scrum masters) handle standups and capacity planning PM focuses on risks, issues, project charters, and stakeholder management. Subsidy domain knowledge not mandatory Remote Pay Range $55 — $60 USD
What you'll do
- Report to Senior IT Program Manager on corporate systems portfolio
- Manage portfolio split between Subsidy management and Workday ERP
- Support custom in-house subsidy management build replacing Excel-based transfer workbooks used by subsidy coordinators
- Support state/federal compliance-driven, multi-year digitization of state-by-state subsidy calculations
- Manage UI transition targeted for Q1 or Q2
- Manage two mandatory semi-annual Workday ERP releases, each 6-8 weeks
- Operate under SOX/SDLC controls and structured, auditor-approved process
- Focus on risks, issues, project charters, and stakeholder management
