We’re looking for a proactive IT Project Manager with mid-to-senior-level experience who knows how to take ownership, build processes from scratch, keep tasks moving, and can communicate easily with both technical and business teams. You’ll help coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and keep processes transparent for everyone involved. What you'll get to do :

Initiation and planning

• Project setup from scratch : turn informal requirements into a clear project scope and structured technical requirements document
• Estimation and delivery :plan deadlines and team capacity, create delivery plans and back them up with clear reasoning

Process and development management

• End-to-end project management : lead IT projects through every stage of the project lifecycle
• Scrum facilitation : coordinate a distributed team of desktop, web, and QA specialists; run scrum ceremonies including dailies, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Jira administration : manage tasks, set up workflows, automated processes, and dashboards that work well for you and the team

Control, risks, and analytics

• Risk management : proactively handle dependencies and incidents, and escalate potential blockers before they become bigger problems
• Transparency and metrics : analyze process efficiency using metrics like Velocity, Cycle Time, and others; prepare and present clear project status updates
• Technical focus : communicate easily with developers and understand the technical context, including architecture, APIs, and client-server interaction

Communication

• Stakeholder management : manage business expectations, help teams find practical solutions when resources and timelines are tight, and keep processes fully transparent
• Project status control : always know the current status of the team’s projects and be able to quickly highlight what’s going well and what needs attention
• PM culture development : take part in improving Project Management practices across the company

Required skills:

• IT project management experience : 3–4+ years as a Project Manager. Experience with complex distributed systems, desktop products, and web products would be a plus
• Strong technical background : understanding of client-server interaction, APIs, and architecture basics. You won’t need to write code, but you should understand what developers are talking about
• Strong scrum skills : hands-on experience building processes from scratch and working with team efficiency metrics
• Advanced Jira skills : ability to do more than move cards around – you know how to customize workflows and set up automated processes
• Soft skills : strong facilitation, conflict management, and stakeholder expectation management skills. Ability to stay focused when handling multiple tasks concurrently
