We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join our team.

**Your main tasks will be:

• Procurement & Vendor Management;
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Compliance;
• Finance & FinOps (Cloud & SaaS Optimization);
• IT Asset Management & Infrastructure (ITAM).

**We expect from you:

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing), and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS);
• Financial Analysis & Budgeting: Proficiency in "Plan vs. Actual" analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting;
• FinOps Knowledge: Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging;
• Accounts Payable (AP): Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles;
• IT Asset Management (ITAM): Experience tracking hardware lifecycles, inventory management systems;
• Tools: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query), proficiency in Jira/Confluence, and experience with ERP;
• Russian proficiency C1+;
• English B2.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
