What you'll do

  • Draft quarterly earnings releases, prepared remarks, and Q&A briefings for results calls.
  • Develop guidance-setting recommendations and guidance revision scenarios, supported by appropriate analysis.
  • Create investor day and broader IR presentation materials, including: Equity story and positioning decks, Investor presentations, AGM materials, Transaction and deal announcement packages.
  • Analyze shareholder registers and ownership structures to understand the investor base.
  • Assess potential activist investor vulnerabilities and identify relevant areas of exposure.
  • Develop recommendations related to dividends, capital allocation, and shareholder returns.
  • Apply practical investor relations judgment to ensure deliverables are accurate, credible, and aligned with public-company expectations.
  • Work with mock financial and market materials to produce polished, decision-ready outputs.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an in-house Investor Relations role at a publicly listed company.
  • Direct ownership or significant responsibility for a company's earnings cycle, including: Earnings releases, Prepared remarks/scripts, Q&A preparation, Analyst engagement.
  • Strong understanding of public-company communications, investor expectations, shareholder positioning, and capital markets.
  • Ability to interpret financial information and translate it into clear, compelling investor-facing communications.
  • Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with financial and investor-related materials and produce high-quality deliverables.
