THE ROLE You will own full-cycle recruiting for the group's roles across Europe and the Americas — primarily commercial and sales positions — sourcing, screening, and closing strong candidates quickly. You will run our ATS end-to-end and be measured on the quality of your shortlists and your speed to fill. Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO • Full-cycle recruiting — run intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers from start to finish. • Active sourcing — hunt passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound outreach — not just process inbound applicants. • Multi-market coverage — recruit across Europe (Spain, Switzerland, Serbia) and the Americas (Panama, the US, and wider LATAM). • Sales-focused hiring — fill mostly sales and commercial roles (field sales agents, sales managers), plus operational roles (logistics, support). • ATS ownership — run Workable end-to-end: pipelines, stages, and reporting; keep candidate data clean. • Hiring-manager partnership — align on role requirements, deliver strong shortlists, and keep time-to-fill low. • Bilingual pipelines — post roles and screen candidates in both Spanish and English. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Recruiting experience — proven full-cycle recruiting, ideally agency / RPO or high-volume in-house. • Sales recruiting — track record filling sales and commercial roles. • Sourcing skill — strong active sourcing; you find candidates rather than wait for them. • Languages — native or near-native Spanish AND professional English are both mandatory. • Market coverage — experience recruiting across US and European markets. • ATS — comfortable running an ATS from day one (Workable is a strong plus). • Autonomy — self-managed and remote-proven; you deliver shortlists without daily supervision. Benefits • Compensation — USD 1,500–2,000 per month, depending on experience. • Setup — full-time, fully remote, engaged as an independent contractor. • Growth — own the recruiting pipeline of a fast-growing international group, working closely with the Head of International HR. HOW TO APPLY Send your CV in English (and Spanish, if available) with a short note on the hardest sales role you filled — the market, how you sourced, and your time-to-fill.
